The latest SmartDispense Technology of the GE Profile PDWF480PSS stainless steel dishwasher certainly comes in handy as it can hold up to two months of liquid dishwasher detergent and automatically dispenses the right amount based on water hardness and soil levels to get dishes incredibly clean.

This GE Profile PDWF480PSS Stainless Steel model also does an adequate job of cleaning everything that is packed into it. Because it has a built-in food disposal, you don’t really have to manually rinse the dishware before placing it into the dishwasher. And you will absolutely be pleased with the results — the food disposal is very effective. It prevents food particles from being re-deposited on dishware during the wash cycle.

Plus, it has an adjustable top rack and adjustable bottom rack to accommodate oversized or odd-shaped items. The “adjustable” feature comes into play when the rack tines are folded. The bottom rack in particular is quite versatile; all of the tines fold flat. Even the standard cutlery tray is adjustable and can be moved to various locations within the dishwasher’s interior.

This model is the stainless steel version and costs about $100 more than models with a colored exterior. This model also comes in black, bisque or white.
